Saving Li'l Smokey is the exciting true story detailing the rescue of a tiny orphaned black bear cub. The eight pound cub was separated from his mother during the historic 2008 lightning-triggered forest fires in Northern California. The story is based upon Forester and Firefighter Adam Deem's first-hand account of the amazing encounter and its aftermath. Just as Adam courageously rescued the injured little bear later named Li'l Smokey, Li'l Smokey will undoubtedly capture your heart.
