Costco Kickoff Event
Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at 7:19AM As some of you may have heard, we have signed a deal to allow our book to be offered in any west coast Costco. To kick things off, we will be at the Redding Costco, on Dana Drive, Saturday October 24th from 11-4. Ryan, our illustrator, will also be there to meet people and sign books. We look forward to seeing you there!

Wow, what an amazing event we had at Costco. For starters, everyone there was so accommodating. They gave us a priority location: right where everyone comes in (by the Halloween candy and the good alcohol!). The staff also did everything they could to make us feel at home. They even took the Li'l Smokey banner that Sue made and placed it over the main entrance! It was great, we sold over 100 books. It was our best book signing since our premiere event back in July. Special thanks to Greg from Costco who made it all possible.

What do you mean by "good alcohol"? Interesting comment coming from one who doesn't drink!!! Is that vs. "bad alcohol" that's sold elsewhere?! ;)
